Some areas of particular interest are anxiety, parenting, relationship issues and trauma. The modalities I draw from are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Somatic Transformation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the Gottman Method.
